Just a cupcake with raisins and dried apricots. To say anything more will not be better run, eat another piece :)

Cooking
Thoroughly rinse the raisins with dried apricots and soak them in warm water
200 g of margarine to fully melt but not boil!
In a bowl RUB 2 eggs with a glass of sugar
In the eggs and sugar pour hot margarine and 1 Cup of yogurt. All mix and add hydrated soda
With dried apricots and raisins, and pour out the water, and gently squeeze them. Dried apricots cut into strips, raisins are too dry select berries. Add the fruit to the dough
Gradually add 2 cups flour and stir well the batter. It should be slightly thicker than for pancakes.
Baking dish greased with remaining margarine and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour the dough so that it occupies 2/3 of the form. Put it in the hot oven for about 30 minutes. Then check the cake with a wooden skewer and leave to bake until done
