Honey cake with cottage cheese and nuts
Pie is very original! Easy to make and very very tasty :)

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Walnuts

    200 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Honey

    100 g

  • Lemon juice

  • Salt

  • Sugar

  • Starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Lemon peel

  • Gelatin

    3 tsp

  • Cream

    250 ml

Separate the yolks from the protein gelatin to dissolve sugar split into 2 parts mix yolks with sugar (one part) and salt

Beat the whites with the remaining sugar and lemon juice until peaks

Whites and yolks to combine, and gently stir add starch and mix again

Gradually add flour to mix the dough put the dough in a baking pan turn on the oven and heat to 180*C

Melt butter in a saucepan and add the honey and sugar pokipyatit minutes 3 walnuts coarsely crush and add to honey mix

Fill cool and spread on the dough bake (the dough can rise, but when cooled it drops)

Cottage cheese mix with cream and zest, add the gelatin and stir

Cake bake for 20-30 minutes and allow to cool put the cheese cream and flatten

Put the pie in the refrigerator to harden
