The classic combination of carrot-Apple-herring TS mainly loved by the female half. They are tasty, healthy and body the most. But if you add a salad with chicken and a spicy dressing, and you men-meat eaters to feed, and homemade aphrodisiacs will set up a romantic evening.

Cooking

step-0
Chicken fillet cut into strips.
step-1
For the marinade, mix : soy sauce, orange juice, olive oil and garlic, squeezed through a press. For the marinade I use naturally brewed soy sauce Kikkoman. Dip the fillets in the marinade and leave at room temperature for 1 hour.
step-2
On preheated grill pan fry strips of fillet for 3 minutes on each side. Fillet turned out juicy and spicy.
step-3
While fillet is marinated, we make dressing. First you need to cook with orange sauce. Squeezed orange juice mixed with olive oil, add salt and sugar and boil down to half. Salt and sugar need a bigger one to make it a little salty and sweet, below will explain why. The finished sauce cool.
step-4
Chilled fillets cut into strips, leaving beautiful triangles for serving.
step-5
With vegetables it's simple. Wash, peel and grate on the Korean grater ( not Korean, and for Korean salads ))) )
step-6
Back to the gas station. Yogurt (my homemade ) or sour cream can be mixed with the cooled orange sauce, leaving 1 tablespoon for serving. And here is our little salty orange sauce is balanced and delicious.
step-7
Left to mix everything and season.
step-8
For feeding the plate to make a salad. Spread the finished salad, from the top left of the fillets and pour all that's left spoon orange sauce. Serve immediately!
