Beef cut into thin strips, add soy sauce and vegetable oil, you can add your favorite spices for meat. Stir and leave to marinate for a few hours in the refrigerator. Heat a frying pan and fry the meat on high heat until all the liquid evaporates.
Red cabbage finely chopped, a little salt and mash with hands. Add chopped green onions and chili pepper (without seeds).
For salad dressing: mix the milk, mayonnaise, sugar, salt, vinegar, mustard
In the cabbage, pour dressing, mix well, cover the bowl of salad with a lid or cling film and leave in the fridge for 1-2 hours. Then add the chopped parsley and mix well again.
Rolls cut lengthwise and fry the inner side until Golden brown in a dry frying pan. On the lower part of the rolls evenly with slices of roasted meat.
Then the coleslaw and greens.
