Sandwich with meat and red cabbage
Delicious and hearty sandwich with fresh, soft buns with roasted meat and spicy coleslaw in the original sauce.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    300 g

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Milk

    50 ml

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Parsley

  • Green onions

Beef cut into thin strips, add soy sauce and vegetable oil, you can add your favorite spices for meat. Stir and leave to marinate for a few hours in the refrigerator. Heat a frying pan and fry the meat on high heat until all the liquid evaporates.

In the cabbage, pour dressing, mix well, cover the bowl of salad with a lid or cling film and leave in the fridge for 1-2 hours. Then add the chopped parsley and mix well again.

Rolls cut lengthwise and fry the inner side until Golden brown in a dry frying pan. On the lower part of the rolls evenly with slices of roasted meat.
