Blueberry pie
Nainy taste, fast to cook and love to my household. Simple to prepare, requires very minimal ingredients. Looks great on the holiday table.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    1.5 cup

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Margarine

    0.5 pack

  • Cranberries

  • Sour cream

    200 g

Necessary products to the test.

Beat the egg with sugar, add to the resulting mass salt, vegetable oil, yogurt and soda. Mix well. Add the flour. I used the mixer.

Melt the margarine and add to the batter. Mix well.

Spread the dough on an oiled baking sheet.

Cranberries are not fresh and in syrup (own production). Syrup to pour, to give the berries to wrap around.

Spread the cranberries on the dough.

Evenly distribute the cranberries over the entire surface of the dough. Bake in the oven at a temperature 150 degree for 20 minutes (focus on your oven type).

While the pie is baked, prepare the cream.

Whip cream with sugar until it is completely dissolved.

To get the pie out of the oven (readiness check wooden stick).

Apply a liberal amount of hot cream pie.
