Salad with cauliflower and cherry
It's a salad to me. At first glance, absolutely incompatible products, but when they come together we get an incredible salad. Very juicy and spicy.

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower

    300 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cherry

    200 g

  • Salt

  • Sour cream

    150 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Salt

Disassemble the cauliflower into florets.

Boil in salted water for 5 minutes. Drain the boiling water and pour cold water so that the cabbage remains crunchy.

Carrots cut into slices.

Boil for 5 minutes. Cool.

Cherry carefully remove the bones.

Prepare the dressing. Dill finely chop, garlic squeeze on the frog and add in the sour cream. Season with salt to taste.
