Description

Cabbage salad with beans
Juicy, spring, and also a Lenten dish.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    1 cup

  • Beans

    3 Tbsp

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Green onions

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Shred the cabbage, mash well with your hands so the Kale is softer and juicier.

Add the boiled beans. Mix well.

Cucumber and finely chop. Add to the cabbage, mix well.

Chop the garlic and add to the salad. Mix well.

Add green onions and stir.

Season the salad with sunflower oil, season with salt and pepper to taste. Salad put on a plate in the form of slides and served to the table.
