In the book where I got the recipe for this wonderful snack, it was proposed thus to get rid of chicken pieces left over after the holiday table. But I did exactly the opposite: all, and me in particular, so liked the taste of chicken balls that I was not the first time specially baked the chicken in order to once again cook a serving of halva.

Cooking
Chicken bake or boil, separating the fillet from the bones. In my opinion, this snack is much tastier, if not take the white meat of chicken breast, but from different parts of the chicken.
Meat cut with a knife into small pieces, grind the cashews into crumbs.
To cream cheese add thick plain yogurt, mash with a fork.
To the cheese-yogurt mixture add curry, ground peanuts and sauce. I used mango-pineapple chutney, which I do all the time, but, as I wrote above, it is possible without much loss in flavor to replace it with sweet and sour sauce of any brand. Mix all of the components.
Carefully stir the cheese mixture with the chicken pieces.
Half a Cup of coconut pour into the pan in which it will be convenient to roll the balls.
Scoops cheese chicken ground with a teaspoon, roll the ball and coat in coconut flakes. It's about 44 pieces.
