Ingredients

  • Adyghe cheese

    200 g

  • Mint

    3 piece

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 pinch

  • Garlic

    1 tsp

  • Cumin

    1 tsp

  • Soda

    1 pinch

  • Margarine

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Cilantro

    3 piece

Cooking

Cut the cheese into square slices.

Wash the mint, dry, finely chopped.

Prepare flour: grind peas or chickpeas in a coffee grinder.

Flour diluted with water to the consistency of liquid sour cream. Add salt, pepper, cumin, garlic, baking soda, melted margarine, chopped mint. Mix well.

In the frying pan with vegetable oil. Each slice of cheese dip in batter and fry on both sides until Golden brown 3-4 minutes.
