Tomatoes stuffed with eggplant
Tasty, simple, inexpensive and cute vegetable dish. Can be used as an appetizer (cold), and as a garnish for steak (hot).

Ingredients

  • Tomato

  • Eggplant

  • Onion

  • Garlic

  • Butter

  • Vegetable oil

  • Bread crumbs

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Greens

  • Sour cream

We're doing eggplant. Cut them in half, grease with vegetable oil, lightly sprinkle with salt.

Put in oven heated to 200 degrees and bake for about 15-20 minutes. They can slightly darken and become soft.

Onions finely cut and slightly fry in vegetable oil. Cool.

From the cooled eggplant with a spoon take out the flesh and finely chop it with a knife.

Grind the herbs together with the garlic.

From tomatoes and cut off top and take out the middle seeds and the liquid with a small knife.

Mix onion, greens and eggplant. Add salt and spices. Stuffed with plump with a stuffing of tomatoes.

Then sprinkle with breadcrumbs, pour on top of melted butter.

Put in a hot oven (220 degrees) and bake until Golden color, 20-25 minutes. Look at the oven.

Make sauce:whisk in a blender, tomato and midway, along with a slice of garlic, salt and sugar. Then add mayonnaise or sour cream and whisk again.
