Duck with plum sauce and honey
The taste of this dish is determined by a delicate balance of sweet and sour notes of the sauce. Tender caramelized plum accentuate the rich taste of duck meat, honey gives the sauce a sweetness and texture, and clove and aroma.

Ingredients

  • Breast of duck

  • Vegetable oil

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Carnation

    4 piece

  • Allspice

    1 Tbsp

  • Drain
