The salad
Meet the new mushroom salad. Prepared quickly, served warm, even hot (from the pan), it can replace a full dinner. The recipe for a long time in my notebook, but made it recently, found on the Internet and unfortunately don't even know who to thank for the pleasure. Gladly acquaint you with this wonderful recipe.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    250 g

  • Pine nuts

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Orange juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

Pepper cut into strips. I love that the strips were the full length of the pepper, if you find it uncomfortable, can be cut differently. Mushrooms into large chunks 6 - 8 pieces, onion half-rings.

Nuts fry in a dry pan until fragrant.

Fry chopped onion in olive oil over high heat 3 to 4 minutes.

Add mushrooms, reduce a little fire and continue to cook for another 5 minutes.

Then in a frying pan sending strips of pepper, keep on heat for another 5 minutes. Then cover with a lid and cook for another 3 to 5 minutes. And peppers and mushrooms should retain some crispness (can't find the right word).

Remove from fire, add juice, wine vinegar, pepper and salt mix.

Sprinkle fried nuts and serve immediately. Very tasty it was hot, cold is also delicious, but the peppers and mushrooms provide juice and not everybody likes it.
