Salad with spicy chicken
A variation of a salad with Korean carrot and chicken. The combination of pickled cucumbers and fresh tomatoes, grilled chicken breast with soy sauce, Kikkoman - give the salad a piquancy. I offer a recipe that could be a nice addition for a holiday or just for dinner.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    150 g

  • Pickled cucumber

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Chicken breast

    200 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Crackers

    30 g

  • Spices

    1 tsp

Prepare vegetables and begin. Carrots and crackers I have already done. So go ahead.

Tomato cut into small cubes, but not much melchite, that has not gone all the juice.

Next, cut the cucumber cubes.

Breast of chicken cut into strips.

Prepare the sauce for the roast. Take 2 tbsp Kikkoman soy sauce, add 2 cloves of garlic, crushing it with a knife. Then add spices to taste (I had a mixture of peppers). On a heated pan put chopped breast, and immediately pour the sauce. On medium heat fry the chicken until cooked (no more than 5-7 minutes to remain juicy).

Collect all the ingredients, add mayonnaise to taste and before serving, sprinkle with soft crackers.
