Cooking
Prepare the dough (you can use any according to your taste, whether it's yeast or puff pastry, store-bought or homemade). I was making kefir. In a bowl pour the yogurt, mix with soda, salt, sugar, egg. Mix well.
Add the flour, knead the dough. It should not be too steep. Cover it with dishes, to give "rest".
Meanwhile fry the mushrooms in vegetable oil. I used the oiler. Also boiled eggs.
