Casserole carrot-oatmeal
In this casserole there is not an ounce of flour, butter, eggs, salt and sugar. It is ideal for people who adhere to a healthy diet because it is cooked on the stovetop at a low temperature. Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    200 g

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

  • Dried apricots

    6 piece

  • Nuts

  • Honey
