Cooking
For this recipe except for redfin can be stuffed pike, carp, carp, salmon. I was treated to Rudd. For the preparation of gefilte fish and took 2 fish.
Clean fish from the scales, cut off the head. Next, with your fingers, separate the skin from the pulp and gently remove her "stocking". In places where there are fins, the spine and the abdomen, cut with scissors, so as not to compromise the integrity. Also cut off at the end of the ridge at the tail.
Cut the fish into fillets. My grinder allows you to grind bones, leaving them near the grating, so the bones are not removed. Take fish fillets, bacon and onion.
Make a marinade. To do this, take soy sauce TM Kikkoman.
Take garlic and grind it using chesnokodavilke. Also take dry powdered ginger, dry coriander and dry ground chili.
Add the soy sauce TM Kikkoman and stir.
In minced fish put the egg and half of the cooked marinade.
Thoroughly knead the dough. If you think that enough salt from the soy sauce, add to taste.
Filled with minced fish skin. I do it simply without tools. Don't have to cram the stuffing.
In the remaining marinade add the vegetable oil and with a brush smear the whole fish on both sides with marinade. Next, fish the ideal to bake on the barbecue on coals for 8-10 minutes on each side depending on heat of coals and size of the fish. You can also wrap it in foil, folded in two layers, and bake for 20 minutes on the coals. You can also just bake the fish on a baking sheet or grill in the oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
Ready fish is delicious both hot and cold.
Served with greens, vegetables. Bon appetit!
