English dish with Indian roots - "Kedgeree" from the wonderful chef Jamie Oliver! This kedgeree is prepared with smoked chicken.

Cooking
The ingredients for our kedgeree!
In two saucepans to boil water. In one cook the rice, the other with eggs.
Chop the onion and garlic.
Chicken fillet dismantle the fibers.
In skillet, heat butter and olive oil.
Fry the onions until transparent and add garlic.
1 minute after adding the garlic - put a curry. Mix everything.
Then add the cooked rice, again stir thoroughly.
Add chicken and zest of half a lemon. Stir again.
Sprinkle with chopped dill. Mix everything.
Final touch - put the peeled and cut into 4 pieces eggs.
Quickly put everything in a large dish and call everyone to lunch! Keceri it turns out fragrant, spicy with a light lemon note!
