Meat rolls for a picnic
The idea for this recipe is borrowed from Vlad Piskunov, I made a few changes. Veal, for all its usefulness and appeal is not much more juiciness after roasting on the coals. One solution may be the roll with marinated in olive oil and soy sauce eggplant. Help yourself, I hope you like it!

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

    150 ml

  • Veal

    800 g

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 piece

  • Balsamic

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    50 ml

  • Bow white

    2 piece

With the loin cut the sinewy portions, if such are caught.

Cut across the grain thickness of about 3 cm pieces.

"Flatten" a smooth part of the hammer each piece. This tender meat don't need much to beat!
