Salad
My 200th recipe is for thrill-seekers and flavors :) In the "Search" did not find, probably hiding under a different name. The salad is very simple and quickly prepared; the longer it stands, the tastier it becomes (well, not a week, of course :) )

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    500 g

  • Walnuts

    1 cup

  • Garlic

    6 tooth

  • Shallots

    4 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    80 ml

I did 1/2 serving of products in the photo half the time. Peel the garlic, finely chop, mix with walnuts, salt and turn into a paste (I did in blender but better, of course, grind in a mortar) Tomatoes cut into thin circles. Put in a bowl layers: tomatoes (a little salt and pepper) - garlic-peanut butter - tomatoes - pasta, etc. the Last layer is the tomatoes.

Top fully fall asleep thin rings of onion, pour vegetable oil (took without the smell) and cover/wrap. Let stand at least 15 minutes.

When serving, cut lettuce with a knife (like a cake).
