Salad
Great salad, flavorful, moderately spicy, light, a little stinging. Decorate the table and enjoy!!!

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    500 g

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.5 tsp

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

  • Allspice

    0.25 tsp

  • Basil

    0.5 tsp

  • Paprika sweet

    2 tsp

  • Sunflower oil

    100 ml

  • Lemon juice

    50 ml

Pepper cut in slices, cabbage cubes

Into the hot oil to pour all the spices (I didn't have paprika on hand, but in General it gives a beautiful red color), heat 10 seconds

Add the pepper and fry stirring 2 min.

Add the cabbage, fry literally 1 min.

Remove pan from heat, add finely chopped with a knife the garlic, add the lemon juice (substitute Apple cider vinegar). Salt to taste. Transfer to a bowl, put into the refrigerator not less than 3 hours, preferably overnight.
