Cooking
To defrost the breast. Cut into portions. Lightly beat off. Mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, egg, seasoning and flour. The dough should get sour cream density. Breasts sent into the dough. Leave for a while in the fridge (from 30 min to days)
Fry in refined oil to a beautiful crisp on both sides. When I turn on the 5 min. cover with a lid. If you have small pieces, like a fillet from the legs, then cover is not necessary.
