Salad with Turkey, rice and orange
Hearty delicious salad from a mixture of parboiled rice, long grain and wild aquatics and Mix with roasted Turkey meat and juicy oranges. A light flavorful dressing makes a wonderful addition to this dish.

Ingredients

  • Breast of Turkey

    150 g

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Yogurt

    4 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Orange zest

    1 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Nutmeg

    0.25 tsp

Fillet of Turkey breast wash, dry and cut into thin strips. In skillet, heat vegetable oil and quickly fry the meat until Golden brown.

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. I used a mixture of rice Mistral parboiled, long grain and wild aquatics and Mix.

Parsley finely chop. Orange peel and white films, slices cut into pieces. Mix rice with meat, oranges and parsley, season with salt and pepper to taste.

For the filling, whisk the yogurt with the mustard, add the nutmeg, lemon juice 1/2 tsp orange zest.

Season the salad, sprinkle the remaining orange zest.
