Egyptian lunch
Friends, as you can see from the title, today we are going to hot Egypt. I combined 2 of the simplest dishes - the salad and hot snack, because they are too simple to break them into 2 recipes!

Ingredients

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Feta

    50 g

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Avocado

    0.5 piece

  • Mint

    5 g

  • Olive oil

    30 ml

  • Lime

    0.5 piece

  • Seafood

    400 g

  • Tomatoes in own juice

    100 ml

  • Cream

    50 ml

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Cilantro

    10 g

To prepare the salad cut the cucumber into thin strips. For these purposes, I use a potato peeler or a very thin sharp knife.

Cut avocado into thin strips, red onion half-rings, crumble feta.

Decorate the salad with mint leaves. Prepare the sauce: squeeze the half lime, add olive oil, salt and pepper.

For hot need to defrost the seafood. In a pan fry onion, garlic and seafood.

Add tomatoes, cream, grated cheese, salt and pepper.

Put the seafood in a bowl, sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve with salad!
