Cooking
Here are some great mushrooms we found in the woods. Mushrooms wash, peel if necessary and boil. When cooked season with salt, then rinse and recline on drushlag.
We will prepare all the necessary ingredients. Mushrooms are already boiled (once added to the cooked mushrooms, found yesterday).
First, prepare the filling. Onions finely chop and fry in butter and oil.
Slice the mushrooms and add to the onions, a little salt, mix and slightly warm in the pan together with the onion.
While the filling cools make the dough. Eggs mix well (for this test I don't use a mixer, just a whisk), add sour cream, yogurt, salt, flour and baking powder. All mix well.
Grate cheese on a grater and mix with the cooled mushrooms and onions.
In a baking dish pour 1/2 of the dough (a form of silicone, I did not grease).
Evenly spread on the dough stuffing.
Pour the remaining batter and the oven (preheated to 200 degrees).
Bake in the oven on the middle level until ready.
The willingness of cake check wooden stick - no trace of the dough, then ready. Spread it on a plate and allow to cool, delicious warm pie.
