Cake
A very festive cake. Neither is inferior to cake. Delicate and airy sponge cake with plums, with no less delicate custard.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Sugar

    170 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 Tbsp

  • Cocoa mass

    2 Tbsp

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Drain

    5 piece

  • Yolk egg

    4 piece

  • Potato starch

    40 g

  • Butter

    250 g

Cooking

Beat softened butter with sugar.

Gradually add one by one all the eggs.

Then add flour with baking powder and well mix everything.

Form to cover with baking paper greased with butter. Spread half of the dough. Flatten.

To the rest of the dough add cocoa and milk. Mix thoroughly.

Chocolate dough over white dough. Flatten.

Plum wash, cut into halves, remove the seeds. Berries to spread on the dough and lightly imbedded.

Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes Readiness check with a toothpick since ovens are different for everyone...

While the cake is baked, prepare the custard. Separately mix yolks with sugar and starch.

500 ml of milk to heat and pour in a thin stream, gradually, in the yolk mass. Put on a small fire and with constant stirring heat until thick ( I like to see the first bubbles). Turn off the heat, add vanilla and butter, carefully stir the mixture until smooth cream.

It looks like the cream.

Allow to cool the cake and cream. Cream spread on a sponge cake, to be distributed over the entire surface. Decorate as you wish ( chocolate, cocoa...) enjoy your tea!!!
