For vegetable layer. Beet and carrot mash (I skipped through a meat grinder), add the flour and eggs, mix well

For cottage cheese layer. cheese add semolina, sugar - mix well

dried apricots grind (I did a prune and dried cherry because apricots are not found in the store)
