Big fun from little cupcakes for my granddaughters, daughter, and, oddly enough, turned out to be the husband... I mean, grandpa... I have not got, alas... it was not necessary "to yawn":)))

Cooking
To prepare products to have everything at hand.
From one Mandarin to erase the zest and squeeze the juice. The two remaining thoroughly clean from the skin and white veins and carefully divide into segments.
Add the butter and whisk until fluffy.
Add the zest and juice, mix well.
Then, sift the flour with baking powder quickly knead homogeneous dough.
Last stir in coconut. My dough turned out gustavito in my opinion, and I added 2 tbsp of sour cream. You can reduce the number of chips.
Put the dough in a greased tins about 2/3 of the volume,
Then pressed into each mold on the slice of Mandarin.
From the top to close the dough.
Bake at 180*C for 25-30 minutes. Ready to remove the cupcakes from the molds and cool on wire rack.
Part of the test I have in the form do not fit, and I used wafer paper. Very convenient.
