Banana-chocolate soufflé
Chocolate souffle - very elegant dessert that is fit for a holiday table, and just treat yourself to your favorite!

Ingredients

  • Banana

    2 piece

  • Jam

    2 Tbsp

  • Corn flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Egg white

    3 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Orange zest

    1 piece

  • Vanilla essence

    0.5 tsp

  • Butter

    1 tsp

  • Dark chocolate

    1 piece

Cooking

Tile bitter chocolade drown in a water bath.

2 ripe banana and apricot marmalade Porirua in a blender.

Add a spoon of corn flour, mix.

In the melted chocolate, add vanilla essence and zest of 1 orange.

Mix banana and chocolate, add 1 egg.

Cold whites will beat into a soft mousse with salt in a solid foam.
