Cooking
Tile bitter chocolade drown in a water bath.
2 ripe banana and apricot marmalade Porirua in a blender.
Add a spoon of corn flour, mix.
In the melted chocolate, add vanilla essence and zest of 1 orange.
Mix banana and chocolate, add 1 egg.
Cold whites will beat into a soft mousse with salt in a solid foam.
Gently combine the chocolate-banana and protein.
Fill 2/3 of farinacci, put in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Let souffle cool slightly in the oven. Garnish with orange zest.
