Description

Nests of minced meat with mushrooms
A variant on the theme of burgers.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Salt

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Dutch cheese

    200 g

  • Sunflower oil

  • Mayonnaise

Cooking

Mushrooms and onions peel, finely chop and fry in vegetable oil.

Forcemeat mix with egg, pepper and salt. Knead well.

From ready-made minced meat roll balls.

Then in each recess and fill it with the mushrooms.

The top three cheese and smear a small amount of mayonnaise. Bake at 200 C for 30-35 minutes.
