Delicate apricot dessert with meringue
Very delicate and unusual dessert which combines crisp meringue with a soft apricot cream

Ingredients

  • Egg white

    2 piece

  • Powdered sugar

    6 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 tsp

  • Jam

    2 Tbsp

  • Cheese curd

  • Apricot

    4 piece

  • Yogurt

    100 g

  • Cheese curd

    100 g

Cooking

Whip whites with powdered sugar and lemon juice until stiff peaks, gently mix with proteins 2 tbsp of apricot jam

To transplant a little of the meringue and bake in the oven for 40 minutes at the temperature of 100 degrees

Cottage cheese mix with apricot confitura, add natural yoghurt

Canned apricot cut into small dice

In bowl put half of the apricot cheese-yogurt mixture on top put a layer of cubes abrekov and part of the meringue

Cover it with the apricot cheese-yogurt mixture

And decorate with meringue. Serve immediately while the meringue is not softened
