Vegetable rice-oatmeal pudding
I want to offer you tasty and healthy dessert. In addition, this pudding can be a full Breakfast or dinner. Will help to diversify your menu in a Post. And also, I hope you enjoy it and your kids.

Ingredients

  • Figure

    4 Tbsp

  • Oat flakes

    2 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Apple

    0.5 piece

  • Raisins

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Cashews

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

For making puddings best suited rice "Krasnodar" from "Mistral".

Take the rice, fill with water according to the proportion of a little more than instructed on the package. Add salt, bring to a boil and cook on low heat for 10 minutes until soft.

Add the oatmeal to the rice (rice should stay has not been absorbed by the liquid), stir.

Take the form or portions molds for baking, lubricated with any vegetable oil. On the bottom put half rice and oatmeal. Spread on top of Apple-raisin mixture.

And then spread the remaining rice-porridge.

Sprinkle the top of the pudding brown sugar "Demerara" from the "Mistral" (1 tbsp.)

Sprinkle top with any nuts, I used cashews. Put in heated to 200 degrees oven for 30 minutes for baking.
