Description

Pumpkin pudding and cod in the style of
"Hachis parmentier" is a French casserole, which is based on mashed potatoes and minced meat. I got from this dish was only the form and some potatoes. But it is quite delicious and simple to prepare.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    1 kg

  • Cod

    800 g

  • Potatoes

    500 g

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Butter

    25 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Cumin

    1 tsp

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Parsley

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

Cooking

Boil the potatoes, pumpkin or boil a couple or podtochit with a small piece of butter and a few tablespoons of water. Cod - either steamed, or boiled(to put it in cold water and after boiling, cook for 5 min). I personally prefer to cook for a couple.

When the fish is ready, chop it with a fork, add the olive oil, squeeze the garlic, add salt, add the paprika, cumin, chopped parsley, squeeze the juice from the lemon.

Spread in a greased form.

Pumpkin and potatoes to make mashed potatoes.

Add sour cream, butter, egg, salt and pepper.

Spread mashed potatoes on the fish.

Bake in a preheated 190 C oven for 30-35 min.
