Rice vermicelli with chicken and shrimp
And again I come to you with funezou... fried! I invite all lovers of rice noodles to my dinner which will be held in the close and friendly atmosphere! Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Cellophane

  • Chicken fillet

    200 g

  • Shrimp

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Peanuts

    40 g

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Chili

    0.5 piece

  • Sugar

    2 tsp

  • Juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Hello! Today we will prepare fried rice vermicelli! First popitem water funches according to the instructions on the package. So I prepare: - soak rice vermicelli for 10 minutes in the water, take out and put in boiling water for 3 minutes - rinsed the noodles in cold water. While soaked the noodles, chop finely the garlic and chilli.

In a deep frying pan fry in vegetable oil crushed garlic and pepper.

Chicken fillet cut into long slices, fry with garlic and pepper for 5-7 minutes.

Add shrimp and fry, stirring constantly, another 2 minutes.

Now put in the pan of rice vermicelli, cook for another 2 minutes. Add the soy sauce, lime juice, sugar, stir, remove from heat (this step I did not photograph because I had to do everything fast enough).

Two eggs, beat with a whisk, sprinkle with salt and pepper. In a separate pan fry egg pancake with two sides, then lay it on a cutting Board and cut into thin strips. Mix with noodles.
