Ingredients

  • Pork ribs

    500 g

  • Grapes

    200 g

  • Basil

    1 Tbsp

  • Oregano

    1 Tbsp

  • Seasoning

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tsp

  • Greens

    1 Tbsp

  • Marjoram

    1 tsp

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

Enumerated and washed the grapes puree them in a blender.

Soaked (2 hours) pork ribs cut into portions. Pour the crushed grapes. Add the spices (salt, pepper) and set aside for 2-3 hours.

The hot "red" pan, lay out the ribs (without oil) and fry until Golden brown.

Add flour, stir and fry some more. Pour the marinade and pour the water.

Simmer for 40-50 minutes. All! The main thing is not to eat directly from the pan!
