Salmon with prunes in tomato sauce
If you need something quick to prepare, but to get the maximum benefit and pleasure from your lunch, then try this dish.

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Prunes

  • Salt

  • Oregano

  • Vegetable oil

Onions finely chop. In a pan heat 1 tbsp oil and fry the onion for 3 minutes.

Add vinegar and simmer 30 seconds.

A spoonful of paste dissolved in boiling water, add to the oregano, salt and pepper to taste. In a separate bowl dissect 1-2 tomatoes, pre-baked in the oven at 250 degrees for 15 minutes. In a blender blend, but I like it when the tomato pieces across. Add to the sauce. Sent the bow. Put on fire and bring to a boil.
