Cooking
Onions finely chop. In a pan heat 1 tbsp oil and fry the onion for 3 minutes.
Add vinegar and simmer 30 seconds.
A spoonful of paste dissolved in boiling water, add to the oregano, salt and pepper to taste. In a separate bowl dissect 1-2 tomatoes, pre-baked in the oven at 250 degrees for 15 minutes. In a blender blend, but I like it when the tomato pieces across. Add to the sauce. Sent the bow. Put on fire and bring to a boil.
Add in tomato sauce and simmer 10 minutes on low heat. 2 minutes before ready add the prunes (number - to your taste). I have decided to add a bit of cauliflower as a garnish. Add along with the fish.
