Vegetable pie with chanterelles
Recipe German cuisine from "Sweet RELISH" in 1995. It was written that the recipe for gourmets. Their impressions I will explain below.

Ingredients

  • Ham

    150 g

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Cheese

Sift flour, mix with salt, add the butter.

Chop with a knife or rubbed by hand into a homogeneous crumb. Beat the egg, add water and quickly knead the dough.

Wrap it in cling film and put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the products for the filling. Ham, if you want, you can replace the seafood.

The corn and peas drain in a colander. With mushrooms drain the marinade, some beautiful instances to postpone for decoration, the rest chop. Cut the ham into small cubes. Cheese (I Parmesan) to grate on a coarse grater.
