Cottage cheese biscuits with raisins
Very tasty, tender, flavorful cookies. Cooking is very simple.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Margarine

    80 g

  • Flour

    230 g

  • Raisins

    100 g

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    0.5 tsp

  • Vanilla

  • Turmeric

Pour the raisins with boiling water for 10 minutes

Mix one egg with sugar, vanilla and soda.

To this mixture add the cheese, margarine and turmeric.

Drain the raisins and dry.

Add the ground raisins and mix well.

Then add the flour. May need more as it depends on the cheese (for example if it is wet)

Knead the dough. It should be soft and not stick to hands. Roll into a ball and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Then take it out and roll out into a layer with a thickness of 0.8 - 1cm.

Cut with cookie cutter figures. You can just Cup.
