Coffee cakes
Delicious coffee cake in the morning invigorates not worse than a Cup of coffee. Fragrant, tart, with chunks of nuts and chocolate inside!

Ingredients

  • Brown sugar

    140 g

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cognac

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Instant coffee

    5 tsp

  • Flour

    170 g

  • Nuts

    130 g

  • Cereal chocolate

    1 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Milk

    1 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

    100 g

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

Cooking

Cut the right amount of butter, let it soften and put in a Cup. Add eggs and

brown sugar. Well, beat with a mixer.

Brew strong coffee 80 ml of water and 3 tsp. of instant coffee. Let cool to room temperature and

Add the cognac.
