Meat pie Turkey
From cooking the main course left a little Turkey. I remembered a recipe that I saw on the Internet a "Chicken mousse" (it was made with chicken). In the original, you will need stuffing, but I don't have a blender, so I treated fine thread. I liked the idea of cooking - the use of whipped egg whites and whipped cream. Of course, the mousse I didn't get (but if I was stuffing something exactly, it would be a cloud))), and here's a delicious, rich, creamy meat pie managed perfectly! Rather not share a recipe and idea! Because the fish here is more than appropriate, and perhaps vegetables (zucchini or eggplant) )) Well, let's go!

Ingredients

  • Turkey

    600 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    6 tooth

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Cream

    70 ml

  • Butter

    10 g

  • Potato starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Spices

Fillet of Turkey (or chicken) cut into as small as possible. (If you turn the fillets in the meat will be perfect).

Passed through the press garlic cloves. Finely chop the onion. Send all to the meat.

On a fine grater grate the carrots and mix with the meat.

Season with salt and pepper at your discretion: my husband does not like the specifics of the herbs, so I added salt, black pepper, chili pepper, paprika and ground ginger. Very good Supplement "Herbs to the bird," but not in my family))) Add a tablespoon of starch, mix thoroughly.

Proteins separated from the yolks. 2 egg yolks we send to the meat mass and mix, the other 2 we won't need (you can use them as a hair mask ))) whisk Whites until stiff peaks, add a pinch of salt and beat again just a minute. Sent a cloud of protein to meat.

Now whisk the cream with a pinch of salt. Honestly, I didn't beat them as it should be: privatelist top, and the bottom remained watery. I hope you will be more tolerant ))), and add to proteins. Gently from the bottom up with a spoon or spatula stir. The stuffing seemed to immediately become weightless.

Put the mass into a greased form. I always use aluminum forms. Very convenient. And send in a preheated 180 gr. the oven for 40 minutes.

About 40 minutes later. Get our pie. Allow to cool.

In the end we get a delicious lunch or dinner or just a dish for a snack. I believe that banal dish is easy to vary the method of cooking! I think this idea is included in the Treasury of each hostess.
