Cooking
Put to boil the pasta. I took the feathers, because all the ingredients are cut into strips. While the water boils, bacon, cheese and pepper cut into strips and put in salad bowl.
The water is boiling, add salt - throw makaroshki. While they cook, prepare the sauce. Finely chop the greens. Squeeze the garlic clove, add the lemon juice and vinegar. Put mayonnaise, pepper.
Mix the sauce. Chopped fresh herbs gives the sauce a freshness.
When the pasta is cooked - drain them on drushlag and cool - this is probably the longest in this recipe!
When the pasta has cooled, place them in a bowl and mix.
Before serving, top with dressing, stir and sprinkle with crackers. This salad can also be present as an appetizer on slices of tomatoes! Be sure to try!
