Here are the necessary ingredients...
First, make the dressing... in a bowl pour 1/2 Cup of yogurt (preferably take low-fat yogurt, less calories in the salad will be, but we have this yogurt last time, the deficit of some sort, I have in this case, the fat content of 2.4%), add 1 tbsp of lemon juice, a pinch of cinnamon and honey (the recipe actually suggest to add 1 tbsp at a time, but for me, it very much comes out, very sweet, I added 0.5 tbsp)... mix...
Three carrots on a fine grater, or on a special flat grater for the carrots and add to the bowl...
1/2 Cup of raisins pour boiling water, so he quickly sasparilla, wait a couple of minutes, drain and add the raisins into the bowl... pineapple grind (took me about 3 slices pineapple) to make a 1/2 Cup... and add back in the bowl...
Stir... that's what beauty we did it!... Put into the fridge for at least half an hour before serving :)
