Caramel butter cheesecake
This recipe features the cooking method, which unites him with the flan. Some combination of creme brulee and cheesecake. The result is a very creamy dessert with caramel filling.

Ingredients

  • Cheese curd

    300 g

  • Milk concentrated

    200 ml

  • Condensed milk

    150 g

  • Brown sugar

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Vanilla

Cream cheese, beat until smooth. Then add eggs, vanilla, condensed milk and evaporated milk.

In a saucepan or frying pan melt the sugar until it becomes caramel color. Be careful not to overheat. I used sugar "Mistral" Demerara, because it is best suited for making caramel.

Pour the caramel into the baking dish and distribute over the entire surface. Pour the creamy mass.
