Pork chop baked with vegetables under sauce. Prepared on the Christmas table. Had other things about cooking pork. On time, but it was too little. Prepared in haste. But still managed to meet two New year. Russian and Estonian.

  • Potatoes

    500 g

  • Cabbage

    300 g

  • Pepper

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Seasoning

  • Black pepper

  • Dill

  • Egg white

  • Sour cream

Pork chop (I'm not repulsed). The meat is put in greased with vegetable oil form. A little sprinkle with salt mixture.

Shred the cabbage and put on top of meat. Sprinkle the salt mixture. Potatoes peel and cut into cubes. Put on the cabbage.
