Liver cutlets with semolina
Cutlets from the liver can be served on Breakfast, for dinner or second lunch.

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    0.5 kg

  • Semolina

    5 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

  • Ketchup

  • Mayonnaise

  • Pepper

  • Greens

Cooking

Liver cut into small pieces. Skip together with the onion and garlic through a meat grinder.

Add semolina, sour cream, egg, salt and black pepper.

Stir and leave for 30-40 minutes to swell semolina.

Fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown (the pan the mince and spread a tablespoon). Bring in the microwave until tender-2-2.5 minutes at full power.
