Meats in pot
My family loves scrambled eggs with vegetables, mushrooms and meat. I decided to cook it in a pot. For the Contest "Autumn tango"

Ingredients

  • Beef

    500 g

  • Boletus

    500 g

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Green beans

    100 g

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Tomato

    4 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Butter

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Dill

  • Chicken egg

  • Sour cream

The mushrooms clean, boil in salted water. Meat boil until tender.

Peel the onion, cut into half rings and fry. Add the boiled mushrooms and fry for about five minutes.

Zucchini peel, remove seeds and finely chop. Beans too finely chopped. Lightly fry on strong fire.

Next, add the tomatoes and the pepper,diced. Cook for 5 minutes.
