Langoustines on the grill
To reveal all the richness and saturation of colors the gastronomy langoustine will help cooking them on the grill. And in combination with a soy - ginger marinade, with an Asian "notes" they will appeal to all lovers of seafood. The meat turns out so tender, juicy and tasty, which leads to a complete delight! Ingredients

  • Lobster

    500 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Ginger

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 tsp

Clean the langoustines, leaving the tail.

Ginger RUB on a small grater. Garlic skip through the press.

Add the honey and soy sauce (TM Kikkoman).

Mix well.

Salmon mixed with sauce. Leave to marinate for 1 hour.

Dry the salmon on a napkin. Grease with vegetable oil.

The grill pan heat over high heat. Do not add oil, as oiled salmon. Fry the langoustines for about 2 minutes on each side. It is important not to overdo, otherwise the meat will become tough. Serve and be served.
