Chocolate-pumpkin cupcake
Ode to the pumpkin I can sing forever. It's a real fruit-healer. I especially like the pumpkin in baked goods. Thanks to her, the dough acquires a Sunny yellow color and fine, subtle aroma. The cake is soft, fluffy, slightly moist and moderately sweet. Despite the resemblance, this is NOT the famous "Zebra".

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Flour

    275 g

  • Vegetable oil

    100 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Salt

    1 g

  • Milk

    120 ml

  • Leavening agent

    10 g

  • Puree vegetables

    5 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

Add the sifted flour, baking powder and salt. Stir until smooth.

Divide the dough into 2 parts. In one of them add cocoa and 20ml milk.

Take shape. I have rectangular. In the centre, pour 3 tablespoons of the chocolate batter, then 3 tbsp of white. And so, alternating layers, put all the dough.

Put in a preheated 170ºC oven. Bake 45-50 minutes until dry kindling. The finished cake let cool completely on the form.

Before serving the finished cake can be sprinkled with powdered sugar or drizzle chocolate glaze. But you can just!!!
