Meat salad
In this salad many different greens and so many vitamins and minerals. Very hearty and delicious seasonal salad. Source - the magazine "Food for the whole family."

Ingredients

  • Meat

    300 g

  • Beans

    1 can

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Leeks

    1 coup

  • Sorrel

    1 coup

  • Lettuce

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Chips

  • Spices

Cooking

Meat cut into pieces (I left a marinated meat), fry in vegetable oil until tender.

Carrots boiled and cut into cubes, also chop the tomatoes. Mix with the carrots.

Finely chop the sorrel and leeks.

Mix all ingredients and fill with oil.

Add the beans. All mix, season with salt and pepper.

In a salad bowl put lettuce.

On sheets spread the meat and vegetable mixture. Before serving, circle-spread the chips.
