Description
This cookie is called "tea", not because it is served with tea, but because the dough is really a tea. Not to worry, the tea leaves don't squeak on the teeth, and just give a nice, flavorful "touch" this crispy cookies. And, of course, the most delicious when it serve with tea!!!

Cooking
Immediately I noticed I made a half portion, on trial, turned out the entire pan (standard) Pechenik. Grind tea into a fine crumb.
In a bowl mix the flour, salt and tea. Set aside.
Grind the icing sugar and butter. Add the orange zest, I zest is added a special orange essential oil (3 drops) and mix well.
Add flour mixture and mix well. Once the dough stop way, the dough is not too long to knead.
Divide the dough into 2 parts. Each piece roll it into a cylinder with a diameter of 3 cm Wrap the cylinders in parchment paper and store in the freezer for 40 minutes.
Preheat oven to 180C. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut each cylinder into discs of 0.5 cm in width Lay cookies on parchment paper at a distance of 2 cm from each other. Bake for 10-15 minutes until light Golden brown. Let cool completely on wire rack.
