Description
My kids love the cheese biscuits not only eat, but to cook. Dough turns out very elastic and pliable and you can dream all they want. This time the kids and I made a few large cookies (the size of a saucer) and a bunch of the usual shape (round), but painted with ladybugs (the kids fantasized).
Cottage cheese Biscuits "ladybugs ". Joint work of me and my children. It was evening, there was nothing to do. The light turned off, and my kids began from idleness to go crazy. Decided to take the baking, and the result you can see in the photo. Cooking. Cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, starch, flour and slaked soda knead the dough (I added a little vanilla), roll the dough into a ball and put in refrigerator for 30 minutes. The finished dough roll out the layer and a glass cut out circles. Protiven lubricated with oil and cover the baking paper, put our slices and put it into the preheated oven until tender (15-20 minutes). The finished cookies cool and decorate with melted chocolate. Put the chocolate in a water bath and, once it has melted, they begin to decorate the cookies. My kids decided to do ladybugs, but you can dream up. Bon appetit.
